    • b) To learn more about the customers and what they do when they're at Starbucks
    The icing on the cake is that, Starbucks Wi-Fi offers free access to premium and exclusive content like the ones on Wall Street Journal.

    It's clear from the efforts these industry giants are taking that personalization plays a key role in building a positive customer-brand relationship.
