We are pleased to announce an addition the the team in the Pittsburgh office.
Andy Carlton accepted the newly created position of “Director, Channel Sales and Business Development.” He joined us in December, 2012. His primary responsibilities include building an extensive channel network for AMP, MindMatrix’s newly released sales and marketing automation software, as well as creating a comprehensive partner ecosystem in the marketing automation space. Additionally, he is tasked with driving overall new business through innovative sales & marketing strategies and advising strategic accounts. Some of Andy’s past career accomplishments include building a channel network at a national interactive marketing agency, which resulted in delivering over 80% of total revenue and dramatically lowering sales costs. The agency was consistently ranked as one of the fastest growing by INC Magazine, Business 2.0 and others. He was also a sales pioneer at the first b-b online e-commerce site where he developed a unique new marketplace through effective executive level conversations with presidents and CEOs.
A native of Ohio, Andy received his BS in Marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan in Buckhannon, W.V. He has been a resident of the Pittsburgh area for the past 20 and presently lives with his wife and two children in the North Hills area.
